The Patio Shops ships to all U.S. states using UPS shipping rates based on item size and weight. Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. While we do our best to meet our customers expectations seasonal volume may impact shipping and deliver estimates. Payments can be made using credit card or digital wallet payment systems. Due to our constantly changing inventory we do not allow returns or exchanges for online purchases. If an item is damaged on arrival we will do our best to exchange it for a like item or refund the cost of the item along with the associated shipping cost. Please email questions to patioshops@gmail.com.
